Willard Clapper Willard Clapper : Co-Founder
Clapper served as an elementary and Middle School teacher in the Aspen School District between 1973 and 2001. He served as an athletic coach, outdoor experiential learning program director, coordinated several international exchange programs and in 1993 was Teacher of the Year. He received his Master of Arts from the University of Colorado in May 1978. Clapper is the cofounder of Tomorrow's Voices and currently serves on the Basalt Volunteer Fire Department.

AO Forbes AO Forbes : Co-Founder
Forbes works currently at Colorado Rocky Mountain School (CRMS) in Carbondale. He teaches high school geography. Forbes has served on numerous committees at CRMS, coached soccer, led trips, been a dorm parent, served as liaison between staff and school trustees and chaired the history department. He was awarded the Governor's Award for Excellence, and earned Teacher of the Year from Phi Delta Kappa in 1985. Since 2000, Tomorrow's Voices has been Forbes most driving extracurricular purpose.

Paul Andersen Paul Andersen : Educator
Andersen has been a professional writer and editor for 30 years. His current focus is on books, films, magazine articles, plays, and short stories. He is a regular columnist and contributing writer for The Aspen Times, and has written five books about Aspen and western Colorado. When he's not writing, he leads the Nature and Society Seminar at the Aspen Institute.

Aaron Garland Aaron Garland : Educator
Garland has taught at Yampah Mountain High School and Ross Montessori. He worked previously as an organic farmer, played professional basketball for the Israeli national team, worked as a stockbroker on Wall Street, and among other high points on his eclectic biography — built a hydro electric pipeline for a fish hatchery in Alaska. He teaches Tomorrow's Voices Literature of Place Senior Seminar.

Johann Aberger Johann Aberger : Educator
Since 2003 Aberger has served as the Director of the Experiential Development Program at Colorado Mountain College (CMC). He teaches classes for and assists with the administration of Tomorrow's Voices. He graduated with an MA from Prescott University in Arizona, majoring in International Relations with an emphasis in Social Justice. He is a wilderness EMT.

Lexi McNutt Lexi McNutt : Executive Director
Lexi McNutt received her BA in Letters at the University of Oklahoma and her Juris Doctor at The Emory University School of Law. She practiced corporate securities law with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP, prior to moving to Aspen in late 2001. After moving to Aspen, she has acted as general counsel and manager for a local family office. She works part time as the Executive Director of Tomorrow's Voices.
