MISSION STATEMENT
Tomorrow's Voices is a non-partisan, educational organization dedicated to cultivating responsible citizenship and ethical leadership in the youth of the Roaring Fork Valley by fostering the skills and knowledge necessary to discover their own voice.
HISTORY OF TOMORROW'S VOICES
Tomorrow's Voices is the dream of educator AO Forbes. Under the tutelage of educational visionaries John and Anne Holden, Forbes formulated a teaching model that asks student to connect with something greater than themselves. In 2000, AO and his lifelong friend and educator, Willard Clapper, who recently had retired from teaching the the Aspen School District, founded Tomorrow's Voices (originally called "The Holden Center") based on this teaching style. The organization has grown steadily with the current Tomorrow's Voices classes, and programs formulated in consultation with Tomorrow's Voices, reaching over a thousand students annually.
